Convert / Copy ARTWORKS files into AutoCAD 2007

The answer to this will probably be very simple but here goes.
I am trying to convert, or copy over, files done on an ACORN Computer in a program called ARTWORKS into Auto CAD 2007. What would be the best way to do this, i really don't want to redraw all the files.
I am hoping to reformat the ACORN into a boat anchor very shortly ! ! !
