Reverse image so linework is black & background white?

I have to use use a couple images that were generated from scanned blueprints. Is there any way within AutoCAD to reverse the images so the linework is black & the background white? Or do I have to use Photoshop or something similar? Thanks in advance.

have to photoshop that one. i believe MS Photo Editor (comes with office) can do image reversals, but dont quote me on that. if it doesnt, there is a fair amount of open source software that can do the trick if you dont have access photoshop.

Depending on the type of image file, ACAD does have the capability to show the background as transparent.

Not sure if this would help but if you set your cad background to white and change your image color to white, the image will appear black in the white background.
