    Default Filtered color legend

    Hi all,
is possible color legends filtered with the *ONLY* local color present in the view? Sometimes I experience this problem putting a color legend onto a view with, let's say, 5 out of 20 colors of the legend, but the legend lists all the colors of course, so it could be better to see the only colors of the locals present.
    Hope I've been clear...
    Thanks in advance.

I'd agree that legend colors should be able to filtered, similar to other schedules.

    Make it a wishlist item.

Filtering color fills has long been on my wishlist.

If you are desperate, there is a way to 'fake' it. You would need to create as many color fill schemes as you have need for. Then in each codlor fill scheme you need to un-check the 'automatically asign colors' box and then remove the color fill entries you do not need for that scheme.

This is all manual so can be error prone if you don't manage it properly. It will however get you what you are graphically looking for.

You might also consider masking the legend with a white filled region.
