    Default 208V single phase connection

I am trying to make a 208V, 1ph (2 poles) connection but the load gets split onto Phase A and Phase B, so the panel displays 1/2 the True Load on each phase. If I uncheck Balanced Load in the connector properties and set the Appartent Load for each phase then the connector's Total Load is twice what it should be.

I wrote a formula to get the Apparent Loads correct across both "poles", but the Total Load is still inaccurate.

Anyone else run into this? I have a post to the wish list for true 208V single phase capabilities.

Default Re: 208V single phase connection

Ok, I now realize the problem is that I'm trying to mix apples and oranges. We typically do our panels showing the loads in Amps instead of KVA. There is a different procedure for displaying loads across phases when using Amps. Since Revit uses KVA I was getting "unexpected" results.

My apologies to anyone who comes across this thread and realizes what a waste of time it was reading it.
