Is Property Box (Groupings) Customizable?

Can the groupings in the PROPERTY Box be re-arranged?
I would like the GENERAL group section at the top followed by the TEXT group whenever I open AutoCAD (with two monitors, I always have the PROPERTY box opened for easy access).
Just wondering if this very handy box is customizable, since the TEXT section of the dialog box is in most cases located at the lower section of the box and I ALWAYS have to scroll down to get to it.

I could be totally wrong here ( happens all the time )...

As far as I am aware, no you can not customise the Properties Palette / Dialog Box ( at least not relatively easily, though it might be possible via ARX or DotNET ).
