hi is t possible to open adt 2007 drwaings in dwg truview and is it possible to save down to lower versions

You may be able to use true convert to save it down to an older version, but I don't think you are going to get the results you want. ADT drawings generally need to be exported to Acad inside of ADT to remove the vertical data and get back to basic line work.
