Default Excel to Revit (PDF? DWF?)

I would like to link or import an Excel spread sheet into a drafting view to place on one of my drawings. I've read some previous posts that mentioned using pdf995 printer driver and converter. They suggested after installing the driver & converter, to print the excel file to PDF then convert that to a jpg file using the PDF995 convert routine. It that still the prefered method or is there a better way. How about DWF?

There are other printer drivers you can use besides pdf995.

As far as dwf, I don't think you can import a dwf into Revit. Your choices are dwg, dgn, dxf, jpg, bmp...

Do you know if the PDF995 driver is good or should I search to find others? If there are better ones, do you know which ones work best?

PDF995 is really good. It's giving us better results than Acrobat! While it doesn't have all the formatting options of Acrobat or Distiller, the CAD output is superior to these higher priced products.

You need to convert to a JPG or BMP to import to Revit. Print to pdf using PDF995 (great program btw) open in Photoshop and save as jpg medium compression. You can then import to Revit and I should plot well.

Also, while in revit, try printing to pdf using the revit pinebush driver, & then using pdf995's. Then compare file size & output.

Look at this link for a variety of options to print direct to jpg, most seem to cost something but I imagine that the costs will be small enough to pay for themselves very quickly...
