Default Image files cause ADT 2006 to freeze or slow right down

I am having trouble with image files with ADT2006. My ADT will freeze up or take forever to start if there is a image file in a dwg. When I use ADT3.3 it will start in a reasonable time (a lot faster then my ADT2006). Is there a setting that I am missing with my ADT2006.
    TIA

    Hi John

Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD General forum to this one, as I feel this particular forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.

    Thanks, Mike

Check to make sure the image path is full and not relative. Also make sure you are running the SP for ADT 2006.
