Can AutoCAD convert Text from one Language into an other

I have a drawing file with dimension text(leader) in Chinese something like \M+5B2BB\M+5D0E2\M+5B8D6\M+5C0AD\M+5CAD6
Can I convert it to English?

I don't know if this will work, but it might be worth a try.

Find the original font in which the Chinee text was written, this should make the text display in its original form. Then copy the text across to Alta Vista's Babel Fish translation engine and copy back the English translation.

The text looks funny simply becuse you don't have the font on your computer. However, AutoCAD cannot translate languages.
