I have a long (several hundred feet) polyline containing both line and curve segments. I need to represent a fence with set (10') straight sections instead or the curves. Does anyone know a quick way to do this? Thanks for any help!

Might not be exactly what you are looking for, but if the existing polyline is one object, why not use the MEASURE command and divide it up into 10' lengths. Then you could quickly draw a series of lines or a new polyline over the top, snapping to the node points.
That was my first thought, but it would measure the length along the curve. I need to measure the 10' along the chord. I could use measure to put in circles, then snap to all the intersections, but it is a loooong polyline, and I have more than one to do, so I was hoping for a shortcut. Thanks for the reply!
This won't be very fast but it's a solution. Draw circle's w/ 10'R and then lines snapping to the intersections for the entire length.
