Default Make a workset off by default?

Is there any way to make a workset be turned off by default, after the workset has already been created?

Sort of. Make a new workset that is off by default in all views. Then delete the workset you want to turn off in all views. It will ask you what you want to do with the objects in that workset - Delete or Move? Move them to the new workset. Finally rename the workset to the name of the one just deleted.

It does require you to exit the workset dialog box once or twice to confirm all changes. But is simple enough....
