    Default Multiple Find and Replace

I have a dwg that has individual single line text boxes with one number in each, numbered from 1-32. I need to change these to 33-64, 65-94, etc. Rather than do each one at a time, is there a way to find and replace? Sort of like in Excel where you type a number in a cell, then do Edit, Fill, Series, Linear, and it numbers automatically.

Also, is there a way of importing attributes? I know how to extract to a CDF but I would like to change the info once extracted, then import to the same attribute.

Come to think of it, if this could be done I could use it as a solution for the first question above.

    Thanks

Have you tried the Find command? If not, click the Options button to see what it can do.
What it won't do is auto-fill a range of numbers.

I think I could understand what you meant by changing one number and autocad did the rest by updating the following numbers.
As far as I am aware of, autocad wont do that at all. I asked the same question before when I was tackling that problem but end up using "find" and change numbers one by one.

I second that notion. I wish it would update numbers in tables.
I cannot seem to find a work around.

If you have a third-party lisp enabler, there are lisp routines for creating groups of incrementing number text and for selectively editing groups of text.
