    hi,
    i want to know if we can change the dimension tick mark from what exists to anything smaller.
    is it possible...help please.

    Don't know if this is what you are looking for but if you select the dimension and go to its properties under edit new you can apply changes you want to make to the dimension style

    we can change the type from just what exists...but,can we create a new tick mark please?
    any work around that any one knows??

    What type of tick mark do you want? There are many that come with Revit, and all are modifiable under Settings>Annotations>Arrowheads
