Express Tools - error: no function definition: ACET-AUTOLOAD

every time I select a command from the express tools, this is the response I get:

AutoCAD Express Tools Copyright © 2002-2004 Autodesk, Inc.
; error: no function definition: ACET-AUTOLOAD

Can anyone tell me how to reload this.

Is install the express tools correct?
The express tools content some files.Where are these files?

Try and type "expressmenu" to reload the express tools.....

unfortunately, or fortunately in my case, the whole computer went crazy, crashed and burned. I got another one and reloaded from scratch and all is well.
