Tagging Concrete Beams

I have already tagged some concrete beams using "tag all not tagged" and the tags appear without a leader. Now I need to tag some (but not all) added concrete beams, but when I tag them individually it always uses an arrowless leader. How can I get rid of the leader?

If you select tag > there is and option to have leader or no leader, or attached end or free end just check your options!
