With reference to this thread over on the French forum; on the subject of :“Ordering your free Autodesk documentation” from the Autodesk StoreWhat happened to the customer is King way of thinking? The delivery (in 7 to 10 working days) should have arrived last week; I would sure appreciate some feedback as to why I still haven’t had my documentation. I am beginning to feel that overseas AutoCAD licence holders are getting second rate treatment.
For example if I order a manual for AutoCAD LT 2007 on Amazon.com I can have it delivered in under 48 hours.
Don't get me wrong - delivery in 10 working days is fine by me. But if you can’t delivery, I would at the very least expect an email explaining that there will be a delay; or heaven forbid a little apology for the delay! I’m mentioning this not for my benefit, but rather for the countless thousands of AutoCAD licenced users who don’t happen to live in the US of A. and who, like myself are, perhaps a little miffed about paying more for less!![]()
