If you remove the stretch parameter and put the stretch action onto the array parameter it works fine. Just remember to change the array parameter so it has increments

Geez, I'm going cross eyed. This shouldn't be this damn hard. Okay, I got the flip to work by changing the stretch paramter, and just linking it to the array parameter, then including it all in the flip action. But now, when I stretch it, it arrays double, so my builidng increases by 14', but it arrays 2 sets of columns and doors. They actually stick out past the building. Now what's wrong?
