    Dear Readers,

Animations or Simulations of moving mechanical parts with Driven Dimensional Constrains in AutoCAD 2010.
Open the drawing Schema Parametric.dwg and load Kraan1.lsp,
Open the drawing Piston.dwg and load Piston1.lsp,

If you have 3D MODEL in CAD, this routine makes CAD animation with JPGOUT command...
It creates set of 1200 frames in directory where is opened DWG file... You can join *.jpg files in 3dsmax video post or other JPG2AVI software...

To use animation routine made for DWG with only PolyFaceMeshes (DXF output from MAX), see :

    Dear Readers,

Animations or Simulations of moving mechanical components with Driven Dimensional Constrains in AutoCAD 2010.

Open the drawing Shaper.dwg and load Shaper1.lsp and give the command SHAPER1 and select the angular dimconstraint ang1.

Open the drawing Roll.dwg and load Roll1.lsp and give the command ROLL1 and select the angular dimconstraint ang1.

    Dear Readers,

Animations or Simulations of moving mechanical components (Scotch yoke mechanism
and Reciprocator mechanism) with Driven Dimensional Constrains in AutoCAD 2010.

    1) Open for kinematic analysis a drawing from DrivenDwgs.zip
    2) Load the program HofDriven.lsp.
    3) Read in the Layout 'Info for HofDriven' the preferable settings.
    4) Give in Modelspace the command DRIVEN.
    5) Give in your settings in the dialog box and click on OK.
    6) Select the driven dimensional constraint.
    7) See the moving mechanical components and enjoy.

For an 3D example without the use of a Driven Dimensional Constrain see
    HofYoke.vlx and HofReci.vlx in HofAni4.zip.

    Regards, HofCAD CSI.
