    Default Extract Line & Arc information, then place in a note with a leader

    Group;

    Say you have a line or an arc and you want to set something up that will give you all the information of that object in a note with a leader automatically.

    For example you have a line on an angle and want the length of that line, pitch on 12 and degree to be listed in the note. Also for arcs it would give the length of the arc, middle ordinate, radius and degree.

    What is the best way to set this up? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Try the list command, highlight desired information, copy to clipboard and then paste into mtext. You will have to modify items inside the mtext editor to look correct. Finally a qleader should finish the task for you. Is there a better way, maybe. This beats writing information on a scrap of paper.

    I would request that someone move your post to the AutoLISP Forum so someone can write a quick little program for you.
