Installing Inventor 11 Pro - Error 29001. Modify Web Service Configuration Error

I have recieved an educational version of Autodesk inventor 11 with mechanical desktops, And my problem is:

When Installing Inventor 11
after installing:
Inventor 11 Prof.
Mechanical Desktop
Vault

When Installing Data Manager Server 5 an error occurs reading:

Error 29001. Modify Web Service Configuration Error:
There Is an Error In XML Document (4, 121)

And it gives you an option to say "OK" once you press ok the whole process gets reversed?

Please could somone assist in what the problem could be?

Have you tried the link here? This is on the Autodesk website and references this exact error code.
