Default 8.1 and New Fonts/Importing Fonts

I was wondering if there was a way to import new fonts into Revit Building 8.1? The firm I'm currently at uses specific fonts and I'm unsure how to get these to transfer into Revit.

    Thanks

Any True Type font installed using Windows can be used in Revit. Older, shx fonts and 'big' fonts are not supported.
Once installed on your system, using control panel, the fonts should be available in Revit
