Ok, here's another one. One block, several Title options.

2- line genereic title, (middle justified) and if you need to "stretch" line below, it stretches in both directions!
2-section bubble, and you can strech the line
2-section bubble with alternate reference "from", (you can stretch that line too).
Single character bubble (basic AIA style detail title).
