Default My street and my cds appear not to be connected

Okay, I have a road that ends in a cul-de-sac. I have done my best to create this with very little instruction. That may be my first problem.

When I look at my corridor in the object viewer my street and my cds are not connected, but in plan view they seem to be. I don't want to create my pipe network until i figure this one out.
    Any ideas?

Looks like the CDS just needs something for it's vertical control, like and edge of pavement or curb profile. Set this in the corridor properties under the logical name mapping section so the lane assembly you're using knows what to do vertically, in addition to horizontally.

Horizontally it looks ok. You've done well with little instruction.

Okay so I now have a similar problem. Client changed things which was an easy fix, but not with my corridor, mainly because I have no idea what I am doing. It is hard to explain so I am just going to attach the dwg. It appears that once again my straight part of my road and the beginning of my cds don't match. Any help would be great.

I like to help but I'm using '06 and can't open/edit your file. I can only view it with proxy objects.

Based on what I could see: I didn't see any assembly offsets on your CDS assemblies. I was under the impression that this was the only way to have an assembly attach to two alignments and/or profiles with the corridor properties. ... but, somehow you've done the horizontal alignment part of it without it. So, now I'm a little lost.

Hopefully an '07 user will come along soon and lend a hand.
