Default acad170.chm file is not a Windows Help file, or the file is corrupted

I went into my .cui file to redefine my F1 key to a cancel function. When I press the F1, the help menu doesn't come up, and it "appears" to be working. However, when I minimize AutoCAD, there is a dialog box with the following message:

The C:\Program Files\Auotdesk\Acadm 2007\help\acad170.chm file is not a Windows Help file, or the file is corrupted.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to fix this error message?

Question Re: acad170.chm file is not a Windows Help file, or the file is corrupted

    Hi

What Windows Operating System are you running?

What version of Internet Explorer are you running?

Have you tried a Repair / Install?

Also take the a look at the following thread (it may offer you some clues / ideas)...

AutoCAD 2006 - Set custom profile current, disables access to ACAD Help file

    Have a good one, Mike
