Control appearance of Dashed and Hidden lines between Modelspace and Paperspace

Again, AutoCad is not doing what I would like to achive...

Dashed and hidden lines are random....in Modelspace they look different than in Paperspace....you never get the linetypescale right...I am busy entering values from 100 to 0.001 for both hiddden and dashed lines, but they come out as continuous llines. ....somebody knows a solution to that.

I'm not sure if Acad LT has shadmode, but in regular Acad then shademode would need to be set to 2D wireframe to show hidden, dashed etc line types.
