    Default point styles

I have set a point to a autocad dwg for our set iron pin symbol. It was created using the donut command. When I use a point with this style it doesn't show as a solid circle. Is there a reason why this could be?

    Yes.

The Donut command really just creates a polyline with a specific width. Polyline widths are not scaled in Civil-3D Point Styles (this is probably a bug).

The way around it is to create your block using a circle with a solid hatch instead of a donut.
