Is there a way to import multi-leader styles from one drawing to another? This is driving crazy. I guess I'll use the old insert blank block/esc that we used prior to Design Center to "import" dimension styles, text styles and layers.

best way imo is to set them in a template. you can also copy with a basepoint and paste into your drawing.
This aggression will not stand. Man.
It looks like Autodesk will have to update the Designcentre a bit

Create a style, rename it and set it as current. Make an mleader then drag it into a toolpalette (make sure the tool icon shows up) and it will drag into other drawings with your specifications. Just be sure to rename the style something other than "standard" otherwise it will be overwritten.
I do it this way and it works, if your not using toolpalettes, get on it, they are very handy and so easy to set up now.
Good luck!
Grrrr.
