Revit- Not To Scale Viewport is there a way?

Does anyone know of a way to create a Drafting View with No Scale associated so that we can have a NTS in our Vieweport on the plot sheet?

Also a cheap workaround is to open your drafting view. Switch the scale to "custom" and type in to display N.T.S.
