Greetings...I'm new to these forums,

Here is a major (but simple) feature request:
When importing Sketchup models into Revit, the edge visibility (or edge smoothing) settings are not imported properly.

The imported model looks OK, but appears "segmented". There are tons of great models out there in the form of Sketchup models. Websites like http://www.formfonts.com have incredibly nice libraries that far exceed Revit's. Please add the ability to import WYSIWYG sketchup models (textures and all). By adding that simple feature, you would instantly expand Revit's libraries by a factor of 10. I realize those imported models would not have the parametric capability...but they would be so much nicer visually there is really just no comparison.

Just go to formfonts and check it out yourself. Imagine importing a nice piece of furniture from their database and the visual impact that would add to your Revit models. Eventually the Revit modeling capabilities will be as good as Sketchup's, but in the meantime, please give us that capability!
