cedar half-round shingle pattern

Does anybody have a fill pattern for a cedar half-round shingle pattern? (see the attached picture) Patterns are a pain and I don't want to attempt this one. If not, is there some software out there that makes the process easier? Thanks

There are probably hatch pattern libraries that you can download for free or purchase that would have something similar to what youre looking for.

This might not be the solution youre looking for but why not try making one shingle, block it and array it?

I don't know that it will exactly match, but I know I saw some shingle patterns on Catalyist.com. If you want this more for rendering I'd take Jason's suggestion, only I'd do it one further. Make it a mass element and array it, apply a cedar material to it, and blamo, you've got the real thing.
