Apply annotation scaling globally to all Dimensions and Text Objects in a drawing?

Is there a way to apply anotative scaling globally? For example, if I want to use 1:100, 1:50; 1:20 & 1:10 scales in my drawings, is there a way I could set my all text & dims to these scales in one go?

_.ObjectScale

and

_.-ObjectScale

And the system variable AnnoAutoScale

Thanks Mike,

Annoautoscale set to 4 was the one for me. Annotative scaling is the best thing for a long while. Should get my subscription back with the increased production this gives me reasonably soon.
