Default Quick select is not permitted in perspective view?

When I initiate the qselect command I receive the error in the title. I tried to dview, selected all objects, then typed off, still same error. What else can I do?

    Hi

Check out the following Technical Documents on the Autodesk web site under the Knowledge Base section -

    Hi

From what you've described it sounds like you need to turn OFF Perspective View.

If you are doing that and still experiencing the issue/problem can I please suggest that you post the drawing file here (I assume Rightly or Wrongly this issue/problem is occurring within *only* one drawing file) so we can take a look.

    Have a good one, Mike

    Hi

Please find attached "QS_Problem_Fix.dwg", you should now be able to use ._QSelect within this drawing file.

Below is what I done to correct the drawing file -

    Command: ._Dview
Select objects or <use DVIEWBLOCK>: _All
    2027 found
1 was not in current space.
    Select objects or <use DVIEWBLOCK>:
    Enter option
    [CAmera/TArget/Distance/POints/PAn/Zoom/TWist/CLip/Hide/Off/Undo]: _PO
    Specify target point <1303549.211, 429745.035, 1.048E+99>: 0,0,0
    Specify camera point <1303549.211, 429745.035, 1.048E+99>: 0,0,1
    Enter option
    [CAmera/TArget/Distance/POints/PAn/Zoom/TWist/CLip/Hide/Off/Undo]:
    Regenerating model.
