Scaling Problem?

I downloaded the curtain wall style from the Autodesk website that creates a row of seating. I placed the curtain wall style on my tool pallet for ease of use, and inserted it in a drawing file. Everything hunky-dory. Then, I inserted the same curtain wall in another drawing, and the seats came in rotated 90 degrees and scaled down to minuscule. I have been fooling with this thing for an hour, now, and nothing seems to help. Well, I can get the scale to work out, but I don't understand why I have to change it.
