TIFF viewer in VB

Is there a free TIFF viewer out there similar to IMAGE or PICTUREBOX that you can load TIFFs into at runtime? I didn't check long but from what I see on the internet you have to either pay for the ActiveX control or it's in some sort of .NET version (which I know NOTHING about) Any help is appreciated.
