Unable to change menus in a custom Workspace

Hello,

I have just received AutoCAD 2008 - Electrical. I am sort of new with this CUI thing, since I've just upgraded from AutoCAD 2005. I have figured out how to go into the Customize User Interface and I have customized all of my toolbars the way I want. I have created a custom workspace called Standard. It seems like whatever I do, I can not change my menus. I have tried changing directly under the cui and nothing happens. I have also tried to change under the Worspace Contents area with the customize workspace button. When I make changes there, I hit apply and nothing happens. Then when I go out of the customize user interface window and come back to it, my changes to my workspace are gone.

If 'Automaticly change workspace settings' is set in 'Workspace Settings' you can't customize the current workspace. Either change the setting or make a different workspace current.
