Red face WINDOW FAMILY FOR CURVED WALL

What is the best way to make a window family that can be inserted into a curved wall as per the attachment. Attachment done using curtain walls which don't show up in a window legend. I hope someone understands what I'm trying to get at.
Perhaps there's an existing thread that's already dealt with similar?

It looks to me like you would create the window as a family with the frame as either curved or several straight pieces connected to follow the curve. once the frame is made you can create a curved glass (too expensive) or create the glass as an extrusion to meet your needs. This is like builiding any other window but with many more parts and details. all components of the family appear to be solid sweeps unless you are seeking true curved trim. The best plan is to design it like the manufacturer will build it. Decide what you want them to do, then draw each item.

    Hi

You can use a normal window template to create a 'curved window' like the one i have attached. You need explore the family to understand the process. See the image file as well.

OK, you've intrigued me papurajx. very interesting what you posted, but I can't see how this works. I tried inserting it and it's roughly perpendicular to the surface of the wall.

Yeah...I know it may not get placed exactly but you can flip it using the flip handle to position it or use align tool to perfect the positioning.

Thanks for replies. Still not sure how i will actually make this family.
I inserted individual windows and then placed openings to clean up the
brickwork showing between the windows. Not what I wanted to do but
    it works for now.

Its actually very easy. Create a generic model family, in plan create a curved extrusion for the glass, the use a sweep and pick the edges for the frame. Note set up your parameters for the curved extrusion first, ie radius, arc length etc. Now change the family type to a window family(note there is NO wall needed) Set the glass to glass, Frame to frame. Now load into a project. At the radius'd wall, use the opening tool to create the opening. Now make the radius parameters of the window family match the radius of your wall and put it in the opening.
