If I did this then where would I make the measure down change for each manhole? My thought that by using the XDREF I could make the label string something like this:
MH= {description}
RIM= {elevation}
My problem is I don't know the correct way to do the math for the last part. I wish I had more gumption to learn lisp on my own.
