    Question Correctly Displaying Model Lines

    Hi again!

Well on my basement 2 level i have a car ramp which rises to the basement 1 level above obviously. Now mid way on the ramp i want to specify an Expansion Joint with a line i've created. On the basement 2 level i create this model line, it then proceeds to sink behind the white screen, only appearing when i move my cursor over it to select it.

As this point is nor on the level above or below my ramp i thought i needed to create a work plane just above my modeled ramp to the line would be displayed? Can't quite get my head around this one guys.

    Any help very appreciated!

    Regards,
    Brock

Default Re: Correctly Displaying Model Lines

I would create a reference plane at surface of the ramp (use a section view) and draw the model line on that surface. I rarely use model lines, but this is what I would try.
