Default (Shift Key and Trim Mode) and (Shift Key and Extend mode) not visually working

Here is another visual problem or glitch when using the shift key with the trim mode or extend mode it does not appear visual unless you move the line in question and even the grip appear but the line itself does not visually extend or trim. Does any body else have this problem??

Type trim (or extend), hit enter twice, then trim what you need, hold shift to extend what you need and it will work as a toggle. Sometimes certain AEC objects will not extend properly to AutoCAD objects and vice versa. Objects need to be co-plannar for things to work optimally.
