Default Output a list of all the dimension variables

I know I've seen a thread on here before regarding dimension variables, but I can't seem to locate it now. I'm looking for the thread that had directions to get an output list of all the dimension variables for the current dimstyle settings. Anyone know where I can find that or how to go about doing that?

In the Dimension Styles Manager click Compare. You can compare dim styles, or select <none>
Click the notpad icon on the right side and it will copy all the variables to the clipboard.

Thanks Boffin. That's not what I was thinking, but it worked just as well. There was some other way to do it at the command prompt as well something like (getvar dim*), but it wasn't getvar. Anyway, thanks for pointing that out. I got what I needed.

    Try -DIMSTYLE
    Variables
    etc..
It will list them to the screen. I thought the clipboard method was easier, but both work.

You can get a list in the AutoCAD window by typing Setvar > ? > dim*.

That's the way I was thinking about when I first posted!

But boffin's copy from the dimstyle window worked well - if you paste it into excel it will nicely put the purpose/name/setting each in their own column.
