Parcels with curves

Looks like you will need to edit that parcel and add the line then delete the curve. I know that's not what you want, but it is a work around.

I'm new with C3D and currently doing a lot of studying, but this is realy confusing me:
in every single tutorial or help file there are parcels which have curves in one side (parcels around cul-de-sacs). This seems OK for learning process or sketching or if you consider C3D parcels not as property landshapes/lots, but in real world lot can't have a curve. How will surveyor survey it?

What's your experience with this?

Perhaps I'm not reading this correct or are we the only ones who DO use curves in parcels?

Our subdivision parcels follow the road. If we made all roads perfectly straight, we wouldn't be in business. Our roads curves around for a number of reasons. And in some municipalities our parcel has to go to the center of the road.

Just about any legal description I have come across has curves described. So, I'm at a loss in the this thread.

It is evidently something peculiar to Latvia. At least, I've never encountered anywhere that prohibits curves in Parcels. This post was the first I'd ever heard of it.
