Default Exclamation mark appears next to each Xref listed in Xref Manager

    Hello all,
I have a user that when going to the xref dialog box all of his xrefs have an exclamation point on them. He can reload, repath or whatever and they won't go away. Mind you, if I (or another user) opens the same drawing up, it all looks fine. Everything is normal except he can't do a refedit on them, it states that the "xref may have changed and may need to be reloaded".
He is on Win2000, I am on XP but I've also tried his drawing on another Win2000 machine and again, no exclamations. We've also cleaned out his temp directory.... what's next?

Question Re: Exclamation mark appears next to each Xref listed in Xref Manager

Does this user have the same permissions as other users?
What happens if you log into this machine (using your login) and open the same drawing?
What is this user logs into your machine and opens this drawing?
Are the drive letters mapped the same at startup for all users?

That was a good test. When he logged into mine it worked, when I logged into his, it did the same thing (exclamations).
I'll re-image is machine and put XP on it and we'll take it from there.

    Thank you.

For anyone interested, re-imaging the workstation seems to have fixed the problem.
