Structure Data Tables

I can't get the following things to work:

1. Rotate headings to a 90 degree orientation.

2. Separate Inflow pipe elevations to there own cells, right now if there are 3 incoming pipes it groups them all in the same cell.

3. Insert a custom row into the table, it need not even be "smart", just a row to hold a custom piece of text.

4. A column for the outflow pipe length in a structure data table, I know this is possible with a pipe data table but is there a way to get that information into a structure data table?

Any help on any of these items is greatly appreciated.
