Transfer custom toolbars from AutoCAD 2006 to AutoCAD 2008

Last week while searching the forums I accidentally ran across a thread which gave instructions on saving customized tool bars to a different location prior to installing AutoCAD 2008 so that they would not be lost. I made a mental note to refer back to this so that it would not become an issue for me, but I failed to bookmark the thread, and now I cannot find it. I am ready to upgrade and I do not want to lose my CUI files. I have just gotten them in order after starting a new job, and hope to avoid having to reconstruct them. Can anyone direct me to this information?

Thanks Mike, it was indeed the second link that I was referring to. I went ahead and installed 2008 yesterday after saving a backup of my customized files, with the intention of reconstructing my files if necessary. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my customized toolbars came over without a hitch and worked perfectly. I think the reason I had no issues, (if I am understanding aforementioned thread correctly,) is because I had already renamed my customized files prior to uploading to this machine because I had just started working here and did not want to overwrite the default files.
