Rotate and Stretch Action

Here I go again, I have a block that has 2 rotations and a 2 stretch actions within it. My block works good except when I rotate an item and then try to stretch it the stretch does not work properly. Please, someone help me understand what I am doing wrong. See attached block

Take the stretch actions out of the rotate selection sets. You only want to have the linear parameters in the rotate selection sets. The attached file should be what you are looking for.
