Default workset - visible by default in all views

I have a user that in his wisdow decided that all the new worksets that he created should not be visible by default in all views. so now he is going around to each view and having to make them visible (not too bad with view templates, or i told him to make a new work set and move everything on the "bad" workset to the new).

I was wondering if there was anyway to reverse this?

Only thing I know to do is to create new worksets to replace each existing one, and delete each existing one, moving everything to the new one that replaces it.

Justin, could you use view templates?

yeah that is what i mentioned in the original post. I was just wondering if there was a "switch" that could do this goblaly seeing as this was a button that made a gobal change from the start.

(edit the best method we came up with is to create a new workset, then in the dialague box delete to offensive workset. Revit then asks what would you like to do with the items in that workset, so you then place them on the new work set).

Oops, I see now that I suggested what you already mentioned. My bad.

Good solution with the new workset!

    Regards,

View templates aren't a solution...you cannot control workset visibility through them.
