During dimensioning, ACAD displays dimension value with 4 or 5 decimal places.
I always choose precision 0, i.e I do not want decimals.
Is there a way to set this as default ?

Hi
Please note I've *moved* this Topic (Thread) from the AutoCAD Customization Forum to this one as I believe it would be better served here.

Hi
Within your Dimension Style take a look at the following -
PullDownMenu: Dimensions -> Style -> Dimension Style Manager dialog -> Modify button -> Primary Units tab -> Under Linear Dimensions "Precision" drop-down box + Zero Suppression "Trailing" & Under Angular Dimensions "Precision" drop-down box + Zero Suppression "Trailing"
You could set-up your required DimStyle(s) with a Template file (.DWT) then use that file as the bases of all your New drawings
+
You could then use something like DesignCenter to import your DimStyle(s) from your Template file into a current drawing file
Have a good one, Mike
