I have a user who is working over the WAN using ADT2006. We have all support files and menus on the network, and he is working remotely in another office. Other than moving all the support files to his hard drive, what can be done help his situation? He continually has problems with his tool bars disappearing and crashes. This could possibly be due to a somewhat spotty connection. Are there any settings I can change or some kind of accelerator software that we can use?
This a temporary situation (about 4 to 6 more weeks), but if I can help him out I would really like to try. Thanks!
