Yes, everything you could want to know is in Help - but, as the programme becomes bigger and more complex, it becomes harder to find the info that you need.
I was once going to criticise someone on AUGI who asked how to change his modelspace background colo(u)r for not using Help. Luckily I checked first; changing the mspace background was something like entry number 35 of about 78 under the word "color". That was several releases ago so it's probably worse now.
