    You can change the amount of backups for a file when you save it. Go file>save as>options and you will see that you can set it there. Usually when you do an Audit and a file save as it will go smaller. Just double check that it hasn't removed an autocad file that was linked in as I find that autocad files are a major offender.

    Thanks. Knew I had seen it somewhere. Audit is handy for file size reduction - good to know. I only had a location plan in there but that seems fine.
